Polene is a qualified educator with over 16 years of experience in various Singapore schools, including top independent schools such as Hwa Chong Institution. Personable and inspiring, Polene was a past nominee of the national President Teachers’ Award, Singapore. She has been using the multiple intelligence (MI) approach to support many children, including the intellectually gifted, in their learning journey. Polene is also a highly-sought after parenting coach who was invited to share at the SmartKidzAsia – World’s Largest Educational Kids Fair, Rise and Shine Expo – Asia’s Largest Enrichment and Play Festival, Thomson Medical Centre Parent Craft Centre as well as at the MSF-endorsed School Family Education Programme. Polene also trained adult student care professionals for the national Workforce Development Agency (WDA) certification as an adjunct lecturer and serves on the Parents’ Executive Committee of a leading school in Singapore.
